Dylan also coordinates thought leadership efforts at conferences and events, and through publication of practitioner-contributed content. He has a bachelor's degree in English from the University of North Carolina - Asheville, a JD from the University of Florida, and is a member of the North Carolina Bar.

Margery Moore

Margery is always at the forefront of breakthrough technologies that can solve the most critical challenges in the EHS industry. Before starting her own tech start-up in AI and Machine Learning based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Margery designed and developed multiple EHS commercial products still on the market for Bloomberg BNA.  Her new company has launched ehsAI, a system in the cloud that deconstructs compliance documents like permits and regs into structured compliance requirements that can be used immediately. She has a BSc. and Masters in Environmental Data Management and in her spare time she is President of the Salt Spring Institute for Sustainability Education & Action, an environmental charity. She is an informal advisor to the National Association of Environmental Managers and sits on the Advisory Board of the leading independent digital newspaper in Canada, The National Observer.

David Rockman

Mr. Rockman is a partner with the Eckert, Seamans, Cherin & Mellott law firm in its Pittsburgh, PA office, and is a member of the firm’s Environmental Department and Energy Practice Groups. Mr. Rockman is a 1993 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and has over twenty-five years of experience in providing counseling and litigation representation in connection with federal, state and local environmental laws and regulatory programs. He provides advice to clients on air, water, waste, toxics, cost recovery and brownfields programs. Mr. Rockman assists clients with ongoing environmental compliance obligations, including regulatory interpretation and renewal and negotiation of permits. Mr. Rockman also assists clients in responding to government agency violation notices, information requests, and administrative and civil complaints and penalty demands. He also assists clients involved in transactions with environmental issues and represents both buyers and sellers in such transactions.

Doug Parker

Doug Parker is the president of E&W Strategies, a Washington, D.C. based consulting firm focused on advising organizations on compliance risk and public policy in the environmental space.

At E&W, Doug advises clients on navigating environmental, health and safety compliance challenges across multiple industries, including the automotive, energy, chemical, utility and manufacturing sectors. He also provides guidance to law firms, consulting firms, and financial entities that are managing compliance matters or are engaged in due diligence with environmental risk implications. Additionally, Doug serves as a subject matter expert for those seeking to understand and navigate the environmental and natural resource policy space or who may be advocating at the federal level on critical policy and enforcement issues.

Doug brings a unique perspective to his role a former special agent and Director of EPA's Criminal Investigation Division where he oversaw matters ranging from the investigation into the Deepwater Horizon disaster to the Volkswagen emissions cheating scandal.

Doug speaks regularly to industry groups on strategies for navigating environmental risk and has shared his insights on CNN, National Public Radio, as well as in The New York Times and numerous other media outlets.

Doug received his B.A. from Colby College, and M.A. in Public Policy from Georgetown University.

Glady Singh

Glady Singh is the VP of Government Solutions line of business at PrecisionHawk. At PrecisionHawk, she helps federal (DoD and Civil) agencies and states adopt UAS and remote-sensing technologies across their programs, specifically to support infrastructure, environmental, emergency response and construction management. Previous to that, Ms. Singh was a senior associate at Booz Allen Hamilton for 12 years, where she managed teams supporting infrastructure management, real estate and environmental programs across several Federal/DoD clients. She helped lead business development and the firm’s efforts on leveraging UAS as a disruptive technology in efforts to build innovative, differentiated and efficient solutions for clients, and how to help clients better adopt and integrate UAS technology. She holds degrees from the University of Winnipeg/University of Manitoba and a Change Management Practitioner certification from Georgetown University.
