Georgina Dannatt

Georgina Dannatt is Environmental Risk Manager/Vice President at Bank of the West in San Ramon, CA. For over 20 years Georgina has managed environmental risks on behalf of lending institutions, both in-house at Bank of the West and at the former Bay View Bank, and out-sourced at Wells Fargo performing environmental reviews. She develops policy and implements an environmental risk management program covering loan origination, foreclosure, and facility issues. Georgina has extensive experience in the performance of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments; previous experience includes ES&H management and contamination investigations for industry and at environmental consulting firms, plus early endeavors as an analytical chemist.  She is Co-Chair of the ASTM E1528 Transaction Screen Committee, and received the prestigious PRISM Hall of Fame Award in 2017 in recognition of her contributions to the due diligence industry.  Georgina is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, Registered Environmental Property Assessor, and an active member of the Environmental Bankers Association since 1996 (current Technical/ASTM Chair; past Vice President/Conference Chair), as well as involved in her local AHMP/CHMM chapter.

Michael McGeehan

Michael McGeehan began his career at EBI Consulting in 1998 as an Environmental Assessor and soon after a Reviewer/Client Manager. Michael has managed and helped EBI grow several key clients and practice groups at EBI. Throughout his career, Michael has developed extensive experience in the commercial real estate due diligence and lending, and environmental and management consulting arenas.

Working out of EBI’s corporate headquarters in Burlington, MA, Michael is responsible for overseeing day to day operations and leadership of the Real Estate practices including: ASTM, HUD, Subsurface Investigation and Remediation, Construction Oversight, and Equity/Acquisitions. Michael prides himself in leading the team to find solutions for clients which in turn leads EBI to a “trusted advisor” status versus just a consultant. He works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations management to maximize process efficiency, team collaboration, communication to clients, and innovation opportunities that set EBI apart.

He completed a double major at Clark University including a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Environment, Technology, and Society (Honors Distinction) and a B.A. in Geography.

Noah Perch-Ahern

Noah Perch-Ahern, a Partner in Greenberg Glusker's Environmental Department, maintains a broad national environmental and energy practice involving complex litigation, regulatory counsel, and transactional matters.  Noah is known as one of the leading environmental lawyers of his generation and is often tapped to work on complicated matters without an easy solution.  Having developed specialized knowledge across the wide field of environmental law, Noah employs his skills and knowledge in a variety of contexts.  He has significant litigation experience and has tried jury and bench trials.  Some of his representative cases have involved CERCLA claims, water rights, common law tort claims, Clean Water Act citizen suits, environmental and toxic tort cases on behalf of regulated water utilities, and constitutional actions involving state waste programs.  In addition his litigation practice, Noah regularly helps clients devise solutions to difficult regulatory problems, represents clients in connection with administrative proceedings, and assists clients with deals and development projects.  Noah has been recognized as a leading litigator by Benchmark Litigation, was recently awarded Century City’s Next Generation Lawyer of the Year, and is also recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star.

Andrew Perel is an environmental partner with vast experience in the financial services, real estate, hospitality and travel and insurance industries. With more than 25 years of experience, his practice encompasses all aspects of environmental law, including counseling clients on development and redevelopment projects, risk management and insurance, remediation of contaminated properties, environmental compliance and due diligence for real estate financing and corporate transactions, and litigating complex environmental and environmental insurance coverage claims and disputes. He also has extensive experience in environmental investigations and audits, the design and implementation of environmental compliance programs and systems, and evaluation of self-reporting and voluntary compliance strategies. He has successfully litigated before all levels of state and federal courts and represents clients before federal, state and local regulatory agencies on remediation, Superfund, permitting and Brownfield projects.
